Sign up and get your own Web Page appearance right here on JMHSAlumni.com. For $9.95 per month, you will get an email address and one (1) web page in which you can place any information you wish, including pictures. If you wish more than one page, additional pages are available at $1.95 per month per page. Your appearance will be as follows:
Internet access = www.jmhsalumni.com/~yourusername
Email access = yourusername@jmhsalumni.com
You will be given your user name and a password for email and site user access.
You can design and publish the page yourself, or we can do it for you. Billing will be on a quarterly basis. First payment of $9.95 X 3 = $29.85 due upon registration. If more pages are required, multiply the number of pages by $1.95, then multiply that amount by 3, then add that to $29.95 for your total due.
JMHSAlumni Special
If you wish to have a Your Own Web Site with a URL such as www.yourname.com or any other site name you wish, indicate so on the form below and be sure to enter a choice of 3 site names you wish to have, putting them in priority order. The first name that is available will be yours. If all are taken, you will be notified for more choices.
The price for this special offer is $24.95 to register your name for one year, and $19.95 a month due quarterly. First payment of $19.95 X 3 = $59.85 plus the registration fee of $24.95 = $84.80 is due upon registration.
